We are a very busy family physicians office on the south side of Edmonton with six physicians. Applicant must be able to work at a high pace and have the ability to multi task.

Duties include but are not limited to answering a very busy multi line phone system, booking appointments, greeting patients, schedulling and coordinating referrals to specialists, data entry, rooming patients, updating and maintaining patient health records and miscellaneous other office duties.
- Experience using the Healthquest EMR is a MUST.
- Computer skills, typing and attention to detail is a MUST. The applicant must be able to type accurately and with efficiency.
- Previous medical office experience is a MUST.
- Expectation of reliability and professionalism.
- Pleasant, team player and ability to receive instruction and constructive feedback.
- Telephone communication skills and a good understanding of how to properly interact with the public.
- Required education: Medical Office Assistant Course or equivalent.
- Health benefits are provided after the probation period (as per employment guidelines)

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
