In addition, Keltic’s upcoming portfolio of projects include a 27-acre master planned site just south of the Richmond Oval, a 660,000s.f. light-industrial development in the south Granville area in Vancouver, and a signature 1.1million square feet mixed-use project at the gateway to Metrotown as well as another master plan community at our Sandpiper Resort.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting Visitors, ensuring they are comfortable and offer beverages;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure Kitchen and boardroom are organized and tidy.
- Manage office operations, including maintenance, inventory management, and office supplies.
- Dealing with office service requests and reporting problems
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Daily Lunch ordering
- Filling expenses monthly
- Other general administrative duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, office reception or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Energetic, poised and friendly;
- Fluent in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
