**JOB SUMMARY**
This role will serve as a key technical and project management resource for capital equipment repairs in Canada.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and coordinate capital equipment repairs for the broader Canrig customer base in Canada.
- Coordinate with Field Service Supervisors for technical resources as required within specific timelines and budget requirements. Ensure projects are on track.
- Coordinate the ordering/receiving of all parts and repairs to complete existing capital equipment repairs and recert installations within specific time constraints.
- Train and assist with Dyno testing.
- Train and assist with tear down and rebuilding of components.
- Train and assist with equipment troubleshooting when required.
- Provide operational forecasts and resource planning as required.
- Work closely with field operations and engineering teams on product specifications and updates.
- Work closely with shop, purchasing and quoting to create scope of work and quote for customers.
- Point of contact for customers for repairs, recerts and troubleshooting related to TESCO equipment
- On call for parts sales-rotational
- Sorting through drawing and procedures to create parts list and build the recert book.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS**
- Journeyman Electrician/Mechanic/Millwright.
- Experience in an operation &/or project management role.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Top Drive Systems & legacy Tesco & Canrig equipment required.
- Proven coaching, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Time management and multitasking.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong decision making and ability to direct supervision.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs (including D365)
- Previous experience with Visual Manufacturing
- Project Management Certification or Experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Strong analytical skills; Demonstrated ability to develop analysis spreadsheets and reports.
