**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in sales activities, including upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and improve processes.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and operational procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on data insights.
- Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $17.20-$24.97 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
