We specialize in Pest Control, Bird & Wildlife control, Vegetation Management and Bedbug control services. Greenshield Pest Control provides these specialized services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout Eastern Ontario.

**SALARY**:Base (plus commission)

**What is your Role?**

Join our dynamic team of Customer Service Specialists offering clear, detailed and concise sales and service to our existing and soon to be clients. Support our growing team of professional technicians through coordinating all services with coordinated efforts and delivering on superior client support as a key contributor to our head office team.

PRIMARY RESONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Be the first impression for all sales and service processes; following up on leads
- Schedule all incoming and follow-up service requests in coordination with our delivery team
- Maintain client contact in advance of service, educate and supporting successful execution by our Technicians
- Other duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 1 years of high volume Customer Service Related experience
- Computer proficiency using MS Office Applications (Specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Computer proficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Casual, Permanent
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
