With a strong in-house marketing team and executive support, we’re looking to add an experienced Social Media Specialist to help amplify our brand voice and foster online communities across all platforms.

**What You’ll Do**

As our Social Media Specialist, you'll play a lead role in shaping and executing the organic social strategy across multiple dealership brands. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing department, store-level sales and service teams, and executive leadership to ensure our online presence reflects the personality, professionalism, and energy of the Finch Auto Group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Strategy**: Develop scroll-stopping content (photo, video, written) that drives engagement and highlights everything from vehicle promotions to community events and customer stories.
- **Platform Management**: Own our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok—managing calendars, scheduling content, and engaging with audiences.
- **Analytics & Optimization**: Track performance and audience insights using platform analytics and third-party tools. Provide actionable monthly reports per store with key wins and optimization strategies.
- **Community Management**: Monitor comments, DMs, and online reviews; respond promptly and professionally to build lasting relationships with customers and followers.
- **Event Coverage**: Attend local events and community initiatives—capturing real-time content and building brand visibility.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms and locations, working hand-in-hand with the VP of Marketing, Dealership Partners & Digital Team.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking someone with a passion for content, a deep understanding of social media dynamics, and **experience in managing accounts multiple accounts professionally** (bonus if it’s automotive). You’re self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar social media role (multi-brand or multi-location experience preferred)
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Content Strategy, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with an eye for creativity and innovation.
- Proven portfolio of high-quality organic social content **(graphic, photo, and video examples required)**:

- Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn management tools
- Knowledge of basic SEO and social media best practices
- Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Valid G-class driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Automotive industry or sales knowledge is a plus
