**Your day to day activities will include**:

- Grain contract entry and maintenance, wheat unload reporting, processing grain and related invoices
- Daily reporting of mill wheat usage
- Support mill receivers in troubleshooting receiving issues
- Manage flour and millfeed contracts (entry, open, close, edit)
- Month end support and reporting
- Support Commodity Coordinators and Material Coordinators, as needed
- Assist in any other procurement related activities & projects, as required
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience
- An extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Proven communication and teamwork skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional math and analytical skills
- Ability to problem solve
