**ABOUT THE POSITION**:As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support our operations. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that materials and equipment are sourced cost-effectively while maintaining quality and compliance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs and align procurement processes with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical procurement practices.
- Implement best practices in procurement, including sustainability initiatives where applicable.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing management, preferably in the water treatment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
