Overview:

- Perform general bookkeeping duties
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Assist with all bookkeeping tasks, such as account analysis, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
- Utilize accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) to manage financial data
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed

Qualifications:

- College diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Quickbooks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
