Overview

  • Perform general bookkeeping duties
  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Assist with all bookkeeping tasks, such as account analysis, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) to manage financial data
  • Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing reports
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed

Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using accounting software
  • Quickbooks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
