**About Us**

**Responsibilities**

**Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting**
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain accurate books in **QuickBooks Online** across multiple corporations
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
- Generate **P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow**, and **Budget vs. Actual** reports
- Prepare financial summaries and assist with **forecasting and planning**:

- Track rent income, property expenses, loan payments, and tax obligations
- Support year-end file prep for accountants and government filings

**Administrative & Property Support**
- Coordinate with property managers to **track and collect rent**:

- Generate **monthly rent collection reports** and follow up on arrears
- Review and reconcile **property manager operating statements** and expense reports
- Process **payroll** and maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance
- Onboard new clients/residents into systems
- Manage files for leases, contracts, invoices, utilities, and insurance

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency (reporting, reconciliation, payroll integration)
- Understanding of real estate financials (rent rolls, NOI, property-level expenses)
- Experience working with multiple entities/corporations
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
