We are seeking an experienced Fast Food Restaurant General Manager to join our team

If you are an experienced fast food restaurant leader who likes to ensure a positive working culture for your team and a positive experience for your guests all while following brand standards and achieving your KPI's then we are looking for you You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable experience, fostering a brand-standard working environment and maximizing your restaurants profitability by meeting/ exceeding the KPI's assigned to you by the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage and train staff in areas such as food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while supervising kitchen staff.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that align with customer preferences.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
- Solid understanding of health regulations related to food handling and safety.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
