As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes but is not limited to:
**Leadership**:

- Provide strong and effective leadership to the entire restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

**Financial Management**:

- Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the restaurant, including cost control, revenue growth, and profitability.

**Staff Development**:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Guest Satisfaction**:

- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing customer concerns promptly.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.

**Inventory and Supply Management**:

- Monitor and control inventory levels, and ensure the availability of quality ingredients and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in the industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- A passion for the culinary industry and dedication to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- The want to grow and develop this new restaurant alongside management team

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Sunday depending on the needs of the business.
- Two days off per week or time off in lieu based on needs of the business.
- Must be available to work opening shifts, mid-shifts, and closing shifts.

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
