**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Production Lead to assist in manufacturing operations at our facility in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes, supporting maxill's mission to deliver top-tier dental products worldwide.
**Responsibilities**
- Leading a chemical production line in meeting hourly targets.
- Maintaining the highest quality standards and following all sanitation and health & safety procedures.
- Able to follow through with procedural steps from the beginning to the completion of the production run.
- Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and safety. 5-10 people.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with production lines.
- Experience leading and managing staff is an asset.
- Strong math and English skills, required.
- Inventory and process calculations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to remain organized while prioritizing tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail skills.
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.

Wage will be negotiated based on experience.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
