**GCW is currently looking to add to our Production Team**

Production Team Members at GCW are responsible for the fulfillment of all final aspects of the Cabinetry design process. Production team members can be involved in the beginning stages of Cabinetry completion to the final stage of the process and anywhere in-between. In this role, team members could be required to run large equipment (automated CNC machines, Edgebanders etc.), smaller hand-held tools and sanding or painting equipment. The options are endless and the opportunity to learn is vast.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in cabinetry or woodworking production is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and manipulate heavy materials.
- Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.
