Production Lead

The **Production Lead** is responsible for safe and effective production.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the production of cannabis products.
- Accurately fill out Master batch record(s).
- Collect hourly metrics from production operations.
- Accurately maintain the daily manufacturing report to ensure reconciliation of products and accuracy and completeness of data.
- Set up rooms for efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and/or Experience**
- Engineering background preferred.
- 2+ years of applicable experience in manufacturing, packaging pharmaceutical or food products preferred.
- CTS Security Clearance preferred.
**Physical Demands**
The employee must be able to:
- stand or be on their feet for long periods of time (10 hours)
- occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Possess clear close vision to be able to read gages, instrument panels and computer screens.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
