Team Lead in Payroll Office

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform data entry tasks related to employee hours, deductions, and benefits.
- Reconcile payroll accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed to support financial operations.
- Collaborate with the human resources team to manage employee benefits and deductions.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and assist in audits as required.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or Team Lead role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and account reconciliation is a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
