Digital Content Coordinator

hear from you We are looking for a creative **Digital Content Coordinator **to join our team.

As a **Digital Content Coordinator**, you will report to our Senior Product Manager and play a crucial role
in managing and organizing digital content. Your responsibilities will revolve around curating and
updating content across our websites and membership app properties. Working closely with different
departments, you will ensure that the content aligns with our overall brand and purpose, adheres to
best practices, and is published promptly. You will utilize both your organizational skills and creative
thinking to ensure a seamless content experience for our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and optimize key new pages across all Earth Rangers web properties including but
- Collaborate with other teams, such as creative, marketing and social media, to ensure that

content and designs are aligned with overall brand strategy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and project goals are

achieved
- Maintain Earth Rangers' eStore content including adding and modifying products and setting up

promotional pages
- Make regular content updates to the Earth Rangers apps through a centralized CMS
- Assist in the testing of new app builds before they are released into production
- Work with our Senior Product Manager and the internal data team to pull regular analytics
- reports from various web properties- Ensure all content is optimized from an SEO and file size perspective
- Work with marketing department to ensure proper tracking is set up on our web properties
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in interactive content and web design

**Your Skills, and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience creating digital content and interactive design.
- Very familiar with CMS platforms including WordPress and WYSIWYG editors such as tagDiv

Composer and Elementor
- Familiarity with Adobe CC’s suite of products, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator an asset
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well on solo tasks as well as collaboratively
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- A team player with a teachable attitude
- Working knowledge of and desire to constantly learn ways to improve processes and optimize

visual assets for performance
- Experience with testing and bug tracking in app or web settings would be an asset
- 2D animation experience would be an asset
- Prior experience working on projects with a focus within education or kids would be an asset
