**Job Title**:Social Media Specialist - Digital Marketing & Content Creation

**Position Overview**: We are looking for a creative and driven _Social Media Specialist_ with a passion for digital marketing and content creation to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing our digital presence to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to align with business goals.
- Create and curate high-quality, original content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Optimize content and website pages for SEO and web visibility.
- Manage PPC and paid social ad campaigns, tracking results and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Inventory Management:

- Maintain and create product listings across different e-commerce channels (Shopify, Best Buy, Walmart, Others).
- Update and maintain product listings on Shopify.
- Manage product listings on third-party marketplaces like Walmart and Best Buy.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and product information.

Order Fulfillment:

- Fulfill orders for e-commerce channels.
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders.
- Monitor and track order shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Purchase Order Handling:

- Support in the receipt of purchase orders and shipments from suppliers, occasionally involving the brief lifting of loads weighing up to 35 pounds.

Customer Service:

- Provide live chat assistance to customers on the website.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Website Management Support:

- Develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies to drive online sales and improve the customer experience.
- Manage and optimize our eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless navigation, functionality, and performance.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Upload new product listings and delist/draft obsolete items.
- Create and implement promotional codes.
- Maintain website navigation; optimizing based on assortment and seasonal trends.

Marketing Campaign Support:

- Oversee and manage the company's marketing calendar.
- Create in-store memos and deals for marketing campaigns.
- Design banners and store signs to promote sales and special offers.
- Create posters and other promotional materials.

Data Management:

- Generate and maintain Excel reports for sales, inventory, and other data.
- Clean and organize data to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate item transfers between the online and physical store.
- Develop a strong understanding of internal merchandising and systems to troubleshoot system and process issues.
- Use analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in merchandising efficiency and collaborate on optimization activities within the team.

Others:

- Occasionally assist the retail store as a store staff member as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and SEO.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Familiarity with PPC campaigns and experience managing paid social media ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
