**Job Title : Human Resources Consultant**

**Location : Laval Quebec, Canada (Onsite)**

**Duration : Fulltime**

**Job description**:
This position is primarily responsible of providing support to the employees and supervisors in all Human Resources aspects of the department. It is responsible of the hourly hiring process and the orientation of new employees. It maintains the human resources personnel system and the benefits programs. It provides other support that the plant may need in relation to H.R.

**Minimum** 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.

High level of knowledge in the use of Word and Excel

High capacity of learning new software

Must be able to translate

Speaks fluently both French and English

Demonstrates superior communication skills - written and oral

**Knowledge**

Must possess excellent grammar skills

Must possess social benefits knowledge or experience

**EDUCATION**: Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laval, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 5 years (required)
- manufacturing environment: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 4 years (required)
- Microsoft Word: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- French (required)
