Our HR department is looking for a HR Coordinator to join its team. Reporting to the HR Director and in collaboration with the HR Generalist, the HR Coordinator will work on various projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement and administration of human resources within a technology company providing a collaborative and flexible environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in talent acquisition activities including but not limited to posting of job offers, sorting through CVs, phone interviews, job fairs, coordination of psychometric evaluations, etc. ;
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers;
- Participate in the redesign of interview guides for all positions in the company;
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating activities to ensure an optimal employee experience;
- Administer employee information changes and ensure data integrity on human resources platforms;
- Draft employment contracts and letters concerning internal changes;
- Perform administrative duties relating to the Human Resources department, including maintaining databases, filing documents, correspondence and other duties as required;
- Support the HR team as needed in the creation of reports, surveys, presentations, dashboards and special projects;
- Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities and events promoting our culture;
- Collaborate with the HR team on other human resources related projects.

**Requirements**:

- HR Degree/Diploma or other relevant degree;
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a HR-related role;
- Experience in the technology industry will be considered an asset;
- Perfectly bilingual; excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English are essential;
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Outlook/Word/Excel) and knowledge of ATS and HRIS an asset;
- Detail-oriented and high level of discretion;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Capable of working autonomously, being proactive and taking initiative;
- Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving fast-paced environment.
