**Job Description**:
Are you looking to put your initiative and creativity to work in a tightly knit team? Are you interested in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of HR processes within a company with immense potential? Join us as Human Resources Coordinator

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for:

- Finalizing steps in the hiring process (e.g., background checks);
- Executing the onboarding process for all new employees in the division (documentation, transmission of information, initial training, orientation);
- Producing various forms related to HR processes (e.g. hiring, change and departure notices);
- Participating in the documentation of employee files
- Refining and updating HR documents;
- Ensuring the sound management of processes (e.g. quarterly evaluations, annual bonuses, end of probation);
- Participating in new initiatives and projects related to business needs;
- Performing all other related tasks in support of the Human Resources team.

**Qualifications**:

- A college or university degree in human resources;
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position;
- The following skills: autonomy, discretion, resourcefulness, speed, interpersonal skills and organizational skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, both orally and in writing;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage several files at the same time;
- Mastery of the Office 365 suite of software.
