**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Filing and Record Management**: Maintain accurate and organized patient records and office files. Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible as needed.
- **Invoicing**: Prepare and send invoices to patients and insurance companies. Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- **Customer Service**: Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Phone System Management**: Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Assist with scheduling patient appointments and managing the office calendar to optimize efficiency and patient flow.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various office tasks, including data entry, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with medical staff and other administrative team members to ensure a seamless operation and high-quality patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a medical office or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
