**The Position**:
We have an opportunity for a **Marketing Manager** for our Professional division located in Montreal. The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the company's Professional division's marketing activities to drive sales, maximize profits and meet strategic growth objectives. Areas of focus are: digital marketing (social media and eCommerce), brand marketing, public relations, and events management.

**Location**:Montreal

**Responsibilities**:
'¢ Collaborate with various web/public relations(PR) firms to oversee and implement social media strategies and manage social platforms to create a compelling on-line presence to drive sales

'¢ Implement and support eCommerce channels and requirements

'¢ Define and evolve the division's digital marketing strategies, ensuring relevancy and effectiveness in achieving established goals and objectives

'¢ Define and implement the annual marketing calendar and marketing initiatives for all the division's brands

'¢ Plan, prepare and execute product launches

'¢ Develop sales support materials and marketing collateral

'¢ Track measures of success for marketing programs and initiatives to ensure cost effectiveness and ROI

'¢ Initiate public relations (PR) programs to create excitement and drive sales for key launches and products

'¢ Oversee the media plan including trade and digital advertising

'¢ Plan and support trade shows and events marketing

'¢ Manage and support special projects as required

**Minimum Qualifications**:
'¢ Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

'¢ Minimum 5 - 7 years of marketing experience.

'¢ Experience in the Beauty industry an asset.

'¢ Bilingual (French & English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

'¢ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

'¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

'¢ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

'¢ Independent, self-driven and self-motivated

'¢ Creative thinker

'¢ Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet.
