**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creation of the Quarterly Marketing Calendar
- Researching trends and new marketing opportunities while brainstorming ideas
- Development of marketing and communications strategies across all online platforms
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Ensure the brand is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Implementing strategies to increase traffic, sales and conversions on the website
- Oversee management and maintenance of our online store (Shopify)
- Development and management of weekly newsletter campaigns + flows (Klaviyo)
- Ensure cohesion of the brand’s visual identity across all platforms
- Direct point of contact with partnered agencies (PR, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SMS sending, Photographers, Creative Content Creation, Web Dev Team)
- Management of the internal marketing team: Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant
- Consistently improve web/mobile user interface

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications and/or Marketing
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar B2B & D2C marketing role
- Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Illustrator (an asset)
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo
- Professional level of written and oral English and French
- Knowledge of project management tools and ability to develop a work plan that encompasses multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Looking for someone with: initiative, autonomy, thoroughness, high level of organizational skills and a good sense of humor.
