Job Description_
This position is specifically dedicated to our Innovation Lab._

- So, what will your new role look like?_
You will be responsible for the product marketing strategy and implementation of all current and future products in the lab, including audience segmentation and research; product positioning and messaging; competitive intelligence; sales & marketing assets; products copy.
You will be required to:

- Build on product messaging that sets the product apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
- Produce high-quality sales & marketing assets (website, ads, booth, pitch deck )
- Craft the copy in the product with product leaders and designers
- Develop knowledge of our buyers and users in order to understand who they are, what their needs are and what their challenges are
- Have a great knowledge of our products and contributing to their evolution
- Define customer, market and competitive research needs and contribute to research efforts
- Set the tone for content and drive cohesive product narratives across all customer touchpoints

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in copywriting, content design and content strategy;
- Experience in marketing strategy, and/or product marketing;
- Ability to plan and manage several projects simultaneously;
- Proven ability to collaborate to promote alignment and results;
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Expert level of English, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge of HR Tech, HR processes, and HR buying journey is an asset.
