Featuring not one, but two patios, it is the perfect spot for customers to enjoy their afternoon in the mountains. Black's Pub is a staple in the Village; serving lunch, après, dinner, and late-night.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Uphold Core Values: Have Fun, Encourage Trust, Show Kindness, Act like an Owner & Hustle
- Menu development
- Oversee and ownership of hiring, scheduling, leading & training, performance reviews of kitchen team
- FOH training through product knowledge
- Work with the General Manager to develop venue budgets and financial planning for labor and food costs
- Inventory best practice
- Have your finger on the pulse of ongoing food trends in the industry

**Required**:

- 3 years minimum kitchen experience, 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent leadership skills
- Cool, calm and collected attitude during busy services
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills
- Strong administration and process skills
- Red Seal certification or other culinary training an asset
