We are looking for a Telecom Coordinator to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to play a key role in the smooth execution of major infrastructure projects, this opportunity is for you

The Telecom Coordinator will support the daily operations of the Telecom division by handling various administrative and coordination tasks. Acting as the point of contact between field teams, subcontractors, and management, this person will ensure process efficiency, documentation updates, and adherence to deadlines.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support and Coordination**

- Manage data entry and system updates (timesheets, work orders, site reports, etc.).
- Oversee project files from opening to closing, including billing and document management.
- Handle phone calls, filter requests, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Operational support
- Collaborate with other departments (accounting, HR, etc.) to share necessary information.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes within the division.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma in administration or a related field is an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, is essential.
- Relevant experience in an administrative role, ideally in construction or telecommunications, is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
