**Job description**:
Join our team and develop your career in human resources within a fast-growing international company As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team members and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Your missions
- Oversee on
- and off-boarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Assist team members and managers with HR-related inquiries, including contracts, leave requests, payroll, healthcare, and mobility.
- Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure affiliation and declaration to local HR authorities (social security, insurance, tax, etc.).
- Support the People Review process and other talent management initiatives.
- Conduct legal research on labor laws and assist in compliance monitoring.
- Manage employee questions
- Assist with payroll verification, tracking anomalies, and coordinating corrections.
**Profile**:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and administrative procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and digital tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
