Our company is looking for a Dispatcher / Logistics specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tuck dispatching. Route Drivers and Owner Operator dispatching;
- Manage routes to maximize efficiencies and productivity;
- Notify drivers of assignments and direct their activity to ensure cargo is picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain information on shipments and ensure proper paperwork required is completed accurately.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup activities within customer’s requests.
- Daily management of TMS. Driver/Department scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide;
- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- 2-5 years of relevant experience. A self-motivator and a self-learner with a strong drive;
- Understanding of spreadsheets and analyzing data.
- Experience in Fleet Manager software will be an asset.

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6X 2G6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
