**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations for timely freight delivery.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of shipments and services.
- Analyze routing options to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and vendors to provide updates on shipment status.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling inquiries and resolving issues related to freight transportation.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics processes and improve service levels.
- Maintain documentation for all dispatched loads, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Find Outbound and Inbound shipments and rate according to vcompany rate systems
- Be accountable and responsible for your role and assist team members when and where neccesary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a flatbed dispatch or logistics role is preferred; familiarity with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using operating systems, or similar software for managing logistics operations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $52,211.00-$59,458.00 per year
