Job Overview

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service, food quality is maintained, and financial goals are met. You will lead and motivate the team, manage daily operations, and maintain a positive work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our success and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.

Kitchen Management:
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and update the menu.

Ensure kitchen staff adhere to recipes and portion control.

Monitor kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Bar Management:
Oversee bar operations, including inventory and stock management.

Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.

Train bar staff on drink preparation and customer service.

Develop and update the bar menu, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.

Events Management:
Plan and coordinate special events, private parties, and catering services.

Work with clients to customize menus and event details.

Manage event logistics, including staffing and setup.

Ensure events run smoothly and guests have a positive experience.

Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.

Schedule shifts and manage payroll.

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.

Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales, and expenses.

Implement cost-control measures to meet financial targets.

Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to improve profitability.

Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Plan and oversee special events and promotions.

Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the restaurant’s visibility.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.

Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

A degree or Diplloma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
