FOOD INDUSTRY COMPANY LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage front-desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate daily order logistics by communicating with the production team, warehouse, and delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Process purchase orders, generated invoices, and followed up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
- Acted as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and order updates, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, update client information, and support the finance team in monthly AR reconciliations.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve customer issues and optimize service delivery.
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and vendors to support long-term business partnerships.
- Assist with end-of-month billing reports and helped identify discrepancies in accounts to ensure clean audit trails.

**Administrative support**:

- Coordinating daily office operations, including a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
- Co-ordinating courier shipments (includes packaging, labeling and follow-up on point of destination).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Post Secondary Education Preferred, Special in Bachelor of Commerce.
- Prefer for work experience in mid sized food manufacturing company

**Work Experience**
- Sales & Customer Service: 1 Year
- Basic Accounting background (Billing and AR) - Minimum 1 year
- Experience in mid sized food manufacturing company - Minimum 1 year

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills and ability to work cohesively with a team.
- Strong Computer Skills required. (Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, Outlook calendar management)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to work independently.
- Ability to take initiative to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
