Services include the provision of information and issuance of health cards, driver’s licences, licence plates, stickers, Ontario photo cards (OPC) and other related products and services.
Qualifications include:
- Previous ServiceOntario experience (1 year).
- experience providing front-counter customer service in a fast-paced environment;
- excellent customer relations skills to deal with a diverse group of customers and their needs;
- analytical and communication skills to understand and follow Ontario government policies and regulations;
- attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure quality work and accuracy;
- experience handling cash, credit card payments and point of sale machines;
- keyboarding and database administration skills to enter information and submit inquiries into ServiceOntario proprietary systems.
