We are looking for a Billing Client Service Representative to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Billing Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer billing questions are handled timely and efficiently so that they do not result in delinquencies.

A Day in the Life
- Responsible for servicing assigned customer accounts/portfolios
- Perform research to determine root cause of customer billing issues and correct, preventing delays in customer payments
- Supports customer and internal audits through research and timely responses to customers
- Customer first bill review
- Customer invoice billing preference management (PO updates, contact updates)
- Create, receive and resolve Service Cloud Cases
- Set-up for online invoice access new clients
- Place invoices on In Dispute file and research with correct operational area on the disputed charges

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field, with B2B experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual: English & French speaking required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Data Query experience a plus

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800 - $71,225 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
