Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage Outlook Calendar and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Organize and file documents, both physical and electronic
- Greet visitors at the front desk and provide excellent customer service
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important notes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Strong file management skills, both physical and electronic
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for greeting visitors and providing customer service
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $27.50-$31.81 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
