**About the Role **(will include but not limited to)**:
Report directly to the Director of Special Projects, responsible for all maintenance needed on a daily basis to support the Waltmar group of companies.
- Work alongside your peers in a fun, respectful environment
- Daily upkeep and maintaining of property grounds
- Performing snow and landscape maintenance, as assigned
- Completing commercial and/or residential tenant repairs, as needed
- Keeping warehouses clean and organized
- Regular cleaning of company vehicles
- Completing private home tasks in a timely manner, as requested

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
