**Responsibilities**

Are you a passionate about fashion, possess a strong attention to detail and have a genuine love for connecting with people? Andrews is looking for a Visual Merchandising Associate to be part of our store team.

If you have experience working in a high-end retail environment, particularly luxury womenswear retail and a hands-on talent for visual, we would love to connect with you.

**Visual Merchandising**

Working in collaboration with and taking the lead from the Head Visual Merchandizer:

- Style mannequins according to current marketing activations and brand-aligned presentations
- Promote the maintenance of Andrews’ visual merchandizing standards
- Refresh and maintain windows displays as required
- Ensure the correct maintenance and upkeep of all storefront presentations
- Act in alignment to Andrews’ culture, products, image and target market
- Be the in store point of contact for visual merchandizing activities
- Complete regular store-walkthroughs with manage Head Visual Merchandizer and/or management as required

**Sales and Service**
- Representing the Andrews brand, provide exceptional service through a natural desire to connect with clients by enquiring, anticipating, and meeting customer needs and expectations. Aims to deliver the Andrews transformational shopping experience.
- Firm believer in personal development, continuously updates knowledge of the latest fashion trends, Andrew’s brand, Andrew’s vendors to maintain relevance in the industry and provide the best service to our clients
- A team player that supports the broader team by actively contributing support to day-to-day business operations as required.

**Competencies, Technical Skills, and Knowledge**:

- 2+ years of Luxury Fashion Retail, preferably womenswear, industry experience
- 2+ years of Luxury Fashion Retail customer service / clienteling techniques and skills (preferred)
- Formal education in visual merchandising, design and/or equivalent, relevant experience within a luxury retail sales environment (preferred)
- Visual merchandizing skills and knowledge related to luxury fashion retail
- Visual merchandising portfolio (if available)
- Digital literacy (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
