Administrative Receptionist- Pentacore Development

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Oversee vendor management and relationships
- Prepare presentations and brochures
- Manage office filing systems and databases
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
- Have a driving license and his/her own car for transportation is preferred
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
