AML International Transport is a full transportation and logistics service provider with over 20 years of experience.

We support our employees and provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

Your primary role will be to assist us with maintaining files and paperwork and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with other team members to make sure all paper work is thoroughly managed.
- Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintaining files and documents to ensure proper documentation is in order.
- Assisting dispatchers and drivers with documentation.
- Tracking and tracing shipments.
- Enter new data into the system and maintain customer portals with up to date information.
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative logistics and service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of truck, ocean and air shipping would be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Good time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $14.25-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 1A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
