**GENERAL FUNCTION**

The **Social Media Specialist & Graphic Designer** will be responsible for elevating HARINA Optométristes’ digital presence. This role requires **a creative storyteller, a branding enthusiast, and a digital strategist** who can design engaging visuals, manage social media platforms, and curate compelling product photography.

Your mission**:bring the brand’s vision to life** through content that captivates, informs, and drives engagement.

**MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION**:
✔ Develop and execute a **content calendar** aligned with marketing strategies.
✔ Create **engaging graphics, videos, and visual assets** for social media, website, and marketing materials.
✔ Manage, grow, and engage HARINA Optométristes' audience across **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.**
✔ Write **captivating captions** and social media copy that reflect our brand voice.
✔ Research **trends and industry insights** to keep our content fresh and relevant.
✔ Track and analyze **social media performance** to optimize content strategy.

**PHOTOGRAPHY & RETOUCHING**:
✔ Capture **high-quality product photography** for eyewear collections, in-store displays, and marketing campaigns.
✔ Edit and retouch **photos for website, e-commerce, and social media** while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
✔ Collaborate with the team to **execute creative photo and video shoots.**

**BRANDING & GRAPHIC DESIGN**:
✔ Design **eye-catching promotional materials, signage, and ads** for both print and digital platforms.
✔ Maintain and enhance HARINA Optométristes’ **brand identity** across all channels.

**SPECIAL COMPETENCIES**:
✨ Passion for **storytelling through visuals and design.**
✨ Expertise in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign).**
✨ Experience with **social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.).**
✨ Familiarity with **video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).**
✨ Strong understanding of **social media trends, analytics, and algorithms.**
✨ Ability to work **independently and in a team** in a fast-paced environment.
