**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, maintain and implement social media calendar for all DAVIDsTEA platforms.
- Plan, develop and publish original content (images, video and text) for DAVIDsTEA’s social media channels on a daily basis. Create captivating conversational content with an emphasis on product storytelling and educational content.
- Grow the presence of DAVIDsTEA across social media platforms by expanding social post reach, attracting new followers and consistently engaging current followers.
- Lead day-to-day outreach on social media properties, monitoring ongoing conversations and responding to consumer inquiries about the DAVIDsTEA brand and our products.
- Measure and report on the impact of social media outreach on DAVIDsTEA business objectives.
- Support DAVIDsTEA Field Marketing & Media Relations team with influencer strategy by nurturing relationships with key talent and experts in the social space through contests, unique content opportunities and other social tie-ins.
- Manage and support all partnerships while managing legal inquiries.
- Lead all aspects of the earned media lifecycle, from creative briefs to social asset creation to QA to analysis.
- Coordinate with paid media team to create assets and boost overall traffic with content integration and synergy.
- Collaborate with internal marketing team to ensure full campaign integration across all consumer touch points, including social media platforms, for seasonal launches, special promotions, contests and events.
- Coordinate with Field and Brand Marketing team members on geo-targeted social media posts and campaigns.

**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising or communications or an equivalent combination of related education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with major social media platforms: Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google.
- Flexibility to manage on-demand and real-time nature of social media.
- Passionate about Social Media marketing.
- Positive and motivated self-starter who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative in thinking and interest in developing new ideas.
- Strong team spirit.
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines.

**Responsabilités**:
- Développer, maintenir et mettre en œuvre le calendrier de réseaux sociaux pour toutes les plateformes DAVIDsTEA.
- Planifier, développer et publier quotidiennement du contenu original (images, vidéo et texte) pour les réseaux sociaux de DAVIDsTEA. Créez un contenu conversationnel captivant en mettant l’accent sur la narration des produits et le contenu éducatif.
