**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage work order documents and utilize maintenance management software.
- Complete Purchase Requests and invoice approvals in SAP.
- Ability to take initiative to change direction quickly to meet the needs of the Restart Project team.
- Oversee office building and associated care.

**Minimum Qualifications including Education and Related Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- RTBS/SAP Knowledge would be a strong asset.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to be proactive and work with mínimal direction.
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Experience working in an Administrative role is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities including licenses and certificates**:

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and teamwork.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work well with other multiple levels of an organization.
