**Job Summary**:
In the role of Business Development Representative for Exhibitor Sales, you are tasked with prospecting for new leads and qualifying marketing-generated leads to create sales opportunities for the team. You are responsible for scheduling sales presentations for Associate/Commercial Directors and utilizing learned selling skills to set up qualified appointments. This position serves as an introduction to the sales process, with potential for increased responsibility and independent sales territory management based on their success.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads.
- Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the Exhibitor Sales team.
- Schedule sales presentations for Commercial Directors.
- Learn from our Sales Leadership, then utilize competent selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
- This is an introductory role; success in this role may lead to increased responsibility and the opportunity to manage a sales territory independently.

**Remote/In Office Policy**:
This role will require you to be** hybrid in Toronto OR London, ON, Canada**.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1 year of retail, customer service, or professional experience preferred.
- Entry level IT & business knowledge
- Post-secondary education
