Marine Room Gastropub located at Friday Harbour Resort is searching for an Executive Chef.
Must have substantial experience in similar setting and able to handle high volume.
Be playful creative within a Gastropub setting, and have great focus on execution and timing.
Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labor Cost Management.
Cell Phone Allowance, Group Benefits, Bonus Structure based on Performance/Results
This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
