Fishbone Restaurants known as a leader in Upscale Fine Dining within the Simcoe Muskoka and York Regions, is searching for a talented, ambitious, driven and detailed Executive Chef to head our Kitchen at Friday Harbour Resort in Innisfil.

We are a Hospitality driven restaurant, providing a smaller menu that is focused on doing what we do, well.

Our properties have been voted OpenTable Top 100 in Canada every year since 2016.

Applicants must have a Fine Ding background, with focus on Mediterranean/Portuguese/Spanish Cuisines & Seafood.

Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labour Cost Management.

Base Salary, Gratuities, Bonus Structure, Cell Phone Allowance, Group Benefits, Dining Allowance,etc

This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
