Receptionist / Office Administrative Support

Key Points of the Position:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain the reception area and handle client invoicing and payments.
- Mail documents, keep records, and send e-documents for e-signature.
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- Be punctual, professional, and dedicated to upholding crucial office duties.

Qualifications:

- Minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual is an assets

Compensation and Benefits:

- Hourly pay: $18-$21.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site 40 hrs a week. Spring Tax season may be 44 hrs a week and summer period to 35 hrs base on workload
