What to Expect

Vous assurerez une conversion rapide en espèces de la reprise en surveillant les taux d'erreur d'exécution de la reprise et les tendances des problèmes, en présentant les tendances des données et les solutions proposées directement à la direction locale, et en organisant une formation spécifique au site sur le processus de reprise/les mises à jour des documents.. Pour garantir la conformité et la résolution, vous vous tiendrez au courant des réglementations DMV spécifiques à l'État et vous adapterez rapidement aux changements spécifiques du processus d'échange à mesure qu'ils surviennent. Vous serez le principal point de contact des conseillers Tesla, des spécialistes de la livraison et de vos responsables locaux des ventes et de la livraison.
- As the Regional Operations Specialist for Used Car Operations, you will be responsible for auditing ownership details for all incoming trade-ins and managing down our trade-in defect rate in your designated region. You will work with local Sales and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth ownership transfer process for our customers to move out of their current vehicles and into a Tesla. You will ensure quick cash conversion of the trade-in by monitoring trade-in execution error rates and issue trends, presenting the data trends and proposed solutions directly to local management, and conducting site-specific training on the trade-in process/document updates. To guarantee compliance and resolution, you will keep up to date on state-specific DMV regulations and adapt quickly to specific trade-in process changes as they arise. You will be the primary point of contact for Tesla Advisors, Delivery Specialists, and your local Sales and Delivery managers.
What You’ll Do
- Examiner la documentation de tous les véhicules d'échange entrants pour vérifier leur exactitude afin de garantir que Tesla reste conforme aux réglementations étatiques/fédérales.
- Soutenir les équipes locales de vente et de livraison de Tesla pour toutes les questions d'échange, en particulier concernant le processus de transfert de propriété
- Examiner la documentation d'échange exécutée et analyser la documentation mal exécutée et les tendances en matière de problèmes
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour atténuer tous les problèmes d'admission et garantir que les solutions sont maintenues.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour trouver des solutions immédiates aux problèmes d'exécution de documents manquants et/ou vieillissants.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des formations et/ou des contrôles pour coacher les équipes locales de vente et de livraison dans les meilleures pratiques en possédant des mesures détaillées et des systèmes de suivi des KPI.
- Tenir à jour un rapport précis sur les échanges/résolutions de problèmes et être prêt à être examiné chaque semaine avec l'équipe régionale et les responsables de NA
- Review documentation for all incoming trade-in vehicles for accuracy keeping Tesla within compliance of state/federal regulations
- Support local Tesla Sales and Delivery teams for all trade-in questions, specifically regarding ownership transfer process
- Review executed trade-in documentation and analyze improperly executed documentation and issue trends
- Develop and implement solutions to mitigate all intake issues and ensure the solutions are maintained
- Partner with internal teams to drive immediate resolutions on missing, and/or aging escalated document execution issues
- Develop and implement training and/or controls to coach local Sales and Delivery teams in best practices by owning detailed metrics and KPI tracking systems
- Maintain an accurate problem trade/resolution report and be prepared for weekly review with the regional team and NA Managers
What You’ll Bring
