Our client, a manufacturing SME solidly established for 80 years, is seeking a Customer Service & Production Liaison Specialist to join its team in Ville Saint-Laurent. Work location: Ville Saint-Laurent (Montreal), Quebec Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year (depending on experience) Work schedule: 40 hours per week with Friday afternoons off Position type: Full-time, permanent Industry: Manufacturing (Sheet metal) – Stable and recognized SME for 80 years Language requirement: Fluent bilingualism (French and English) mandatory Advantages Competitive salary between 60,000 and 65,000. Responsibilities Act as the central point of contact for clients for both the Ville Saint-Laurent and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu plants. Manage the full order cycle: ERP data entry, lead time tracking, pricing management, and problem-solving. Collaborate closely with operations management to prioritize orders and adjust scheduling. Prepare technical quotes based on customer drawings and specifications. Maintain an active presence on the production floor to perform follow-ups and resolve issues in real-time. Qualifications Essential bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (knowledge of Genius is a major asset) and Excel. Degree in operations management, administration, or project management (asset). Ability to work independently and rigorously in a quiet environment.
