**Who You Are**:Ground Effects is looking for a **Human Resources Facility Supervisor **to join our growing organization in Whitby, ON. The position of HR Facility Supervisor consists of overseeing the HR responsibilities within the assigned facility. Requirements include, supervise recruitment services, HRIS System and headcounts are updated, conduct and oversee internal investigations, policies and processes are adhered to and all tasks are completed in a timely manner by HR and leadership team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary education in human resources or related field.
- Human Resources designation (CHRP/CHRL) preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of HR Coordinator or Generalist experience, with emphasis in automotive manufacturing
- Fluent in English
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
- Experience with federal and state employment law requirement
- Excellent computer skills including MS office
- Ability to build long term relationships and put effort in earning trust
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to perform well in high pressure situations
- Familiarity with TS16949 or IATF 16949, Environmental Management System and OSHA Requirements
- Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus
- Support facility Human Resources Department.
- Oversee employee life cycle process including recruitment, job postings, interview process, prepare employment offer letters, status change, promotion, demotions, corrective actions, terminations and layoff letters.
- Provides employee services that meet the needs of employees, facilitates problem solving of employee concerns, manages employee information and provides employment related information in a timely manner.
- Conduct investigations for conflict resolution, harassment and workplace violence claims.
- Attend management meetings and provide advice on administration of human resources policies, procedures, staff recommendations, employee morale, and departmental improvements to for assigned facility
- Compile HR metrics, analyzing, reporting and identifying trends with recommendations for management review for assigned facility (recruitment, training, health and safety, etc.)
