**Design & Sales Consultant**

Salary/wage range: Base salary plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

- Seek out and generate new sales from new home construction, renovations and remodels.
- Ability to maximize design for form and function in spaces of any size.
- Anticipate and inform clients of additional features which may be of use to them.
- Careful consideration to the placement of water and electrical systems to ensure safety.
- Consulting with your clients to understand their style and their cabinetry needs, and ascertain the intended functions to create design solutions within required timelines.
- Prepare accurate price quotes within timelines.
- Conduct site visits, including measurements, mark-outs and working with trades regarding electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Maintain activity with your jobs and your clients as they progress through the various stages of completion.

Skill Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales and design experience in cabinetry
- Experience with kitchen design, including 20/20 design software
- Strong communication and customer service readiness
- Understanding of building and construction drawings
- Current understanding of Alberta Building Codes
- Ability to travel to job sites in a reliable and clean vehicle
- Strong math skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage time well

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
